In 2015, Brooks House received an “A” score on the HMIS (Homeless Management Information System),  a local information technology system used to collect data on the provision of housing and services to homeless individuals and families and people at risk of homelessness. Each Continuum of Care is responsible for selecting an HMIS software that complies with HUD’s data collection, management, and reporting standards.

The 2015 Brooks House audit was presented on 3/8/2016 by Dale Eckler of Eckler Consulting, LLC.

Mr. Eckler reported that “in conducting his examination, auditing standards developed specifically for churches and charitable organizations were utilized and the Board of Directors and the Staff have implemented excellent Stewardship procedures; consequently, I found no evidence to suspect that funds have been misappropriated.”
